Yes, in December of 2018, the Farm Bill was signed into law. It removed hemp, defined as cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives of cannabis with extremely low concentrations (no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis) of the psychoactive compound delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), from the definition of marijuana in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). Both products contain the same 3:1 ratio of CBD to THC and share many of the same ingredients. Our Active Releaf Stick introduces menthol for a cooling effect, cocoa butter for enhanced moisturizing and camellia sinensis (tea leaf) wax to ensure stability in stick form.
With the success of our award-winning balm, we created the stick for convenient and mess-free releaf on the go. We find that many people enjoy both, applying the balm at home and using the stick when out and about.
