All members start off with a base cash back rate of 1%. View the "Releaf Tiers" section above to see how your cash back rate increases as you spend more with us. Our highest tier offers 10% cash back on all subscription orders!
We also offer a few additional ways to earn Releaf Cash bonuses. These include tasks such as subscribing to email, writing a review, an annual birthday reward and more. Scroll up to the "How to Earn" section to see the various ways you can earn additional Releaf Cash.

Your available Releaf Cash balance is visible in many places across our website. To start, ensure you're logged in to your account. The list below shows where you can view your Releaf Cash.
On This Page: Scroll up to the top of the page to view your available balance.
At Checkout: At checkout, your Releaf Cash balance will be visible in the area detailing your subtotal. Look for the text that says "You have $X of Releaf Cash available."
In Your Account: In your account, a green bar at the top of the page displays your Releaf Cash balance. You can also click here to go directly to the Releaf Rewards section of your account.

To apply Releaf Cash to your next subscription renewal, log in to your account and click "View Details" to view your subscription.
Next, click the white "Redeem" button in the green bar at the top of the screen. Use the slider to select the amount of Releaf Cash you'd like to apply to your subscription.
Finally, click "Redeem Releaf Cash". Your Releaf Cash will be automatically applied to your next subscription renewal!
Want to confirm? Scroll down to the "Summary" section and you will see the Releaf Cash you just applied.

How can I apply Releaf Cash to a one-time purchase?
To apply Releaf Cash to a one-time purchase, start by ensuring you're logged in to your account. This ensures your Releaf Cash balance will be easily available at checkout.
Next, navigate the site as you normally would and add items to your cart.
Once you're ready to place your order, click the green "Checkout" button in your cart.
At checkout, your Releaf Cash balance will be visible in the area detailing your subtotal. Look for the text that says "You have $X of Releaf Cash available."
Below that, you will see the redemption box. Type in the amount of Releaf Cash you'd like to apply or use the +/- buttons to specify an amount. Once you've decided on an amount, click the button labeled "Apply $X Off".
That's it! You'll see your Releaf Cash applied below in the Discounts section. Your Releaf Cash discount code will start with the phrase "REWARD" and reflect the amount of Releaf Cash you specified.

Yes, Releaf Cash expires 1 year from when it was earned.
For example, let's say you made a purchase on January 1st and earned $5 of Releaf Cash. Then you made another purchase on February 1st and earned $10 of Releaf Cash.
You now have a $15 Releaf Cash balance. If you don't use your Releaf Cash...
On January 1st of the following year, the $5 you earned last year will expire. Your new Releaf Cash balance will be $10.
On February 1st of the following year, the $10 you earned last year will expire. Your new Releaf Cash balance will be $0.

Releaf Tiers are membership levels in our rewards program. Scroll up to the "Releaf Tiers" section to view the requirements & benefits for each tier.
Each tier offers different cash back boosts, with a higher cash back rate for different purchase types.
How can I join a Releaf Tier?
How can I join a Releaf Tier?
Each tier has a different requirement, based on your total spend with us in the past year. Once you've reached the required spend amount for any given tier, you will automatically join that tier.
Our base tier is Sprout. This tier has no requirements and offers 1% cash back on every order.
Our highest tier is Full Spectrum, requiring $500 of spend with us in the past year. This tier offers 10% cash back on subscription orders and 5% cash back on one-time orders.

Do Releaf Tiers reset or expire?
Yes, Releaf Tiers are assessed based on your total spend in the past year. This is done on an annual rolling basis, based on the date you entered the tier.
For example, let's say you place your first order on January 1, 2026. You continue ordering regularly and on August 1, 2026, you reach $500 in total spend. You become a Full Spectrum member.
Your tier renewal date will be August 1, 2027. If you don't place any additional orders, you will still remain a Full Spectrum member until then.
Now let's say you keep placing orders. On August 1, 2027, our rewards system will check if you have spent $500+ from August 1, 2026 to August 1, 2027. If so, you will remain a Full Spectrum member. If not, you will be automatically downgraded to the correct tier.
You can view your tier expiration date in your account here. Scroll down to the Releaf Tiers section and below the tier cards, you will see "Tier Renews" and the assessment date below.
